Gail was very helpful advising us while we were looking for a new bed for my granddaughter. Having decided on the bed and mattress she wanted we left to go and measure the space to ensure that the new bed would fit. Gail and her colleague were again helpful while filling out the paperwork. Advised on special offers that were available.

From the time I walked into the store, I was greated by a friendly store colleague who took me through the whole process of finding the ideal mattress suited to me and confirming the entire purchase process and delivery time scales

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted and from then on the service was warm, friendly and very helpful. All the stress of choosing a new mattress was eliminated. Very good, helpful service from Gail.

Joshua, the chap that sorted me, was a fine young fellow. He made the experience smooth, fun, easy and succinct. It was a pleasure dealing with such a knowledgeable and communicative young man. All the rest of the staff I met were equally as courteous and connected. A happy, communicative bunch! Many thanks all. I'm really looking forward to the arrival of my new mattress...
