Whenever I visit your store in Swindon I wait to see your sales assistant Sheryl. She always remembers who I am and is always very helpful

Wayne, sales person at Swindon Dreams, is very helpful and doesn’t force you into buying anything. Very knowledgeable.

The sales person Nitunt was attentive and listened to our requests. He did an excellent job of selling us the Tempura mattress.

Sheryl the sales assistant approached us in a friendly manner and guided us to the mattresses she thought would suit our needs and budget. She offered us a drink and was not pushy in any way. She allowed us to take the time we needed and was there fir any questions we had. She also recommended a bed that might suit when we asked about beds…. We ended up buying 2 of them. Sheryls excellent customer service made the whole experience brilliant

The lady who served us was really polite and understanding. She suggested us a variation of beds after the `test bed` results. The transaction process went smoothly as well.

We were met by name as we entered shop ( having booked an appointment) Gail the assistant was prepared to listen to exactly what we wanted to avoid from our current Ikea bed , and was extremely pleasant and not at all pushy . We felt very relaxed using the electric trial bed( can’t remember correct name) and health / hygiene and hand cleanser was used a lot through out the visit. At all times gave us space to talk between ourselves whilst watching from a distance how comfortable we found all 7 mattresses and happy for us to retry one. Gave us good advise on ordering the complete bed and dream s being prepared to defer delivering the order until we moved into our new house. Very efficient doing the paperwork- obviously 2 addresses needed as we choose to take finance. We’re offered hot drinks twice and left the shop actually saying “ what a pleasant experience “ such a change these days. Extremely impressed with Gail and the Swindon store staff !!
