We tried out the mattress machine in order to find the right one. The assistant helping us was friendly and patient (as we arrived with 2 young children in tow).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We dealt with a fairly new member of staff but there were other staff members including the manager there to oversee and help if necessary.

The mattress suggesting machine was very good, my son enjoyed using it. The customer service person was great. Very helpful and friendly helping us to find something in budget.

Wayne was extremely informative throughout our visit and made us feel very welcome throughout. In our first visit, we were given the full experi nice at Dreams and his detail and level of customer service is why we came back in to complete our order. We sought Wayne out on our second return, because the first visit was so good. Wayne is an excellent member of staff at Dreams, and when we are ready to order out next bed frame, we will be looking for him once again.

As soon as we walked into the store we had a warm welcome. Our needs were quickly established, and after a test machine established our needs we were given a variety of beds to try out with prices when asked. After making our choice. We opted to have our current mattresses recycled and now await a delivery of about 3 weeks which is fine.
