Richard was extremely helpful in giving us a better understanding of what we want, and best fit our budget. Also extremely helpful in find the right mattress to go with the bed and suit our needs, fitting within our budget and finding the right delivery dates to suit us. All staff were extremely good with maintain social distancing and extremely patient and not over bearing giving us time to look around ourselves. Richard was very open with the delivery information and dates available for the beds we were considering. This all lead to a very good experience.

Natalie our assistant in the store was amazing! So helpful, friendly, she recommended our products from the sleep matcher, explained things so nicely and gave us space to test out our beds. She was absolutely fantastic, we actually bought two mattresses !

Dina was warm and welcoming from the outset and explained the measures put in place for our safety regarding PPE/sanitisation etc as we entered the store. We knew what we were looking for so she explained how the point of sale worked so we could quickly look for what we wanted at our leisure and offered assistance should we require it. As my knowledge is some years out of date, every time we had a question Dina was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We found the mattress we liked the best, explained we were going to look around at other stores but would be back and we didn't feel pressurised or leave feeling dismissed as we had chosen not to buy immediately. On our return the sales process was quick and stress free and we were offered drinks as we filled the documentation in.
