Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, there was no sales pressure. There was a good selection of product and sales advisor was able to focus onto the mattresses which suited our needs very quickly. Also found the purchasing element to be very quick and straight forward even with the finance element

Me and my partner went in and spoke to the manager because we are after a new mattress and he was very polite and friendly and asked what kind we were after,so he explained all the different types of mattresses and we picked the one that was right for us,I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who is after a new bed or mattress because the service was excellent

We visited the stoke Store on the 17th May. Richard was very welcoming and polite, he introduced himself and asked if there was anything he could help with? We said not at the minute (my husband doesn’t like hard sell technics) Richard left us to browse, once we were ready we asked Richard if he could help us, he straightaway left what he was doing ( he looked busy) and came to us. I think he is an asset to your company, very knowledgeable, helpful and gives great advice. We were more than happy to purchase our new bed and mattress from Dreams because of Richard and we’re happy not to go look elsewhere. Anything we asked he answered and nothing was too much trouble. We were happy with delivery times given and happy that Richard told us about the bed guarantee we could purchase as well. The process didn’t take long (which pleased my husband) and we walked out happy with our purchase and experience. Please if you can, pass on our feedback to Richard. We will be returning to dreams in the future!
