On arrival at the store, we were greeted by Jake who explained to us that the mattresses may appear damp as they are being sprayed with sanitiser/disinfectant, that was reassuring. Next, we found the bed that we wanted immediately. Then Vicki helped us to find the mattress that was suitable. She knows her stuff, even though the one we chose was not as the computer bed had suggested! Sale was quick and hassle free. Plus, after some negotiation, Jake was able to knock £50 off the bill inline with the price of the bed the week prior. Clean, large store with friendly, helpful staff.

The lady that served me was super relaxed and easy going I never once felt like she was putting in the hard sell I felt like she was speaking from experience and with my best interests at heart. Then to top it all off she found me a mattress which was in my price range and to the comfort level that I wanted too. Great experience. Excellent customer service.

Rich was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The sleep match bed was great and gave us an informative choice for our needs. There was plenty of time to try each product and choose which we liked the best.

Richard at the Etruria store was brilliant. Extremely helpful and very friendly. He helped me with a bed base and headboard and was very efficient and gave good advice. It is his professional approach that has prompted my positive feedback.
