On arrival at the store, we were greeted by Jake who explained to us that the mattresses may appear damp as they are being sprayed with sanitiser/disinfectant, that was reassuring. Next, we found the bed that we wanted immediately. Then Vicki helped us to find the mattress that was suitable. She knows her stuff, even though the one we chose was not as the computer bed had suggested! Sale was quick and hassle free. Plus, after some negotiation, Jake was able to knock £50 off the bill inline with the price of the bed the week prior. Clean, large store with friendly, helpful staff.
