I visited stoke on trent branch where Richard assisted me and was very helpful in finding the right mattress for me.

The lady from the seller was very good.

Greeted on the way in by staff, these were really friendly and allowed me to look around before speaking to them. They offered their insight and knowledge about everything that I asked which allowed me to purchase the mattress that was right for me. Completing my order was very easy and the staff member was very helpful and went through this thoroughly.

Andrew in store was first class. His knowledge and understanding of our requirements made us feel at ease. He gave good feedback and wasn’t pushy. Top experience provided by Andrew.

The employee had a very high product knowledge, explaining the different types of mattress available and the comfort. Very friendly and approachable staff, easy to talk to and understood what we needed.

All staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was apprehensive about using a large chain company in case it was a pressurised sales environment. At no point did we feel pressurised in fact we were encouraged to take our time and make sure the bed was right for us.

As soon as we walked through the door an employee came straight over and asked what we were after. They then took us to the bed machine and got us testing the mattresses that came out to be our match. The lady then gave us several options with regards to price and once we had chosen the bed we then purchased the bed with quick delivery.

We were met by a lovely member of staff Dina. She gave lots of information to help with choosing a new mattress and showed us all the options available. We were not hurried and Dina made sure we were satisfied with our choice.

Great staff, got me everything I wanted and at a great price no complaints at all if anyone is asking where to get bedroom stuff from will be sending them there thanks
