Jake helped us throughout the experience. We went on the sleep match beds who identified our exact individual needs and then gave us a list of beds that would be a ideal match. Jake then showed us multiple different beds talking us through the whole process of how the mattresses are made up and the difference between them all and allowed us time to test them out and make a informed decision. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make a informed decision. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a mattress. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

I normally shop around or do not make a decision until i have been home and thought about it.The salesman was so good seemed to know what I wanted and needed before I did. He was very friendly and Knowledgable. He did not try and sell anything we did not need. I would go back again if I needed to purchase because I felt reassured. We were greetd at the door we were offered sleepmatch to help us choose which product was best for us. We were both given our own pillow whilst in store. We were offered drinks. The only thing Andrew said no to was me going to sleep on the mattress for the rest of the day.
