Staff were friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. We were offered refreshments on arrival and look after. We felt that the precautions put in place for the current situation were working well to keep everyone safe. Overall we were very happy with all staff and everything ran smoothly.

Shopping for a mattress in current circumstances was quite nerve racking for us. However, we instantly felt safe in store. Staff kept their distance, regularly sanitised the beds, and gave us covers for the pillows we used when testing beds. Staff were friendly and patient, and listened to our needs. We were really happy with our experience.
