The service I was given by Rich was amazing. I was given as much time as I needed to try the mattresses and I didn’t feel at all rushed. Rich listened to my requirements and thoughts and could not have been more helpful. With the help of the sleep machine and rich I do believe I have found the perfect bed and mattress. I would also like to add that all staff were proactive in ensuring all Covid measures were met and cleaned as soon as they finished helping us.

Very professional, good product knowledge and treated like an individual not just another customer. Good use of technology to see which mattress was a best fit for us.

The lady that served me was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable wasnt pushy and i didn't feel rushed. Good choice of matresses
