The salesman was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right bed for me. He explained the differences in the beds and nothing seemed too much trouble. There was a slight IT issue but he knew how to solve the problem and was apologetic and very professional. He went above and beyond to sort a delivery slot to suit me. He also rang me when he said he would - little details like this make all the difference to whether I would return to the store in the future. Truly excellent service.

I have visited other bed shops but never been able to find what i was looking for which was a electric comfy bed. As soon as my self and friends walked into dreams for brds someone named Paul who was the manager came to us and introduced me to different selaction of beds , he was very knowledgable and explained about different beds and mattresses, I tried quite a few before i found what i wanted. Paul was very patient offererd tea or coffee and water .

Dina came to help us straight away and saved us time by understanding our needs and showing us what is suitable for us rather than trying to sell any old thing.

Andy was amazing, really approachable and knowledgeable with us and he gave us great advice when choosing what we wanted for our needs!!!

Friendly and easy experience to find the right bed

I was very quickly directed to the type of bed frame I was interested in and then given time to take a look at the options. I was then dealt with very efficiently when I decided what I wanted. I was given all the information I needed clearly which helped to make a decision.

Dina was very helpful, knowledgeable and understood our needs. She gave us space to try out the different brands.

Rich was very helpful, which is why I placed order.

We were met as soon as we went in the door, and supported to use the bed assessment. We were given our own pillows with paper covers for hygiene and encouraged to try several mattresses on several occasions. We also had a designated member of staff which made enquiries and support simpler, but that staff member was not suffocating and gave us time to discuss in private.
