Very friendly, helpful staff. There to advise and assist but not pushy and main thing is they leave you to review without the pressure to buy. Also very helpful regarding mattress firmness and recommendations as to which one to try. I decided to go home on the first visit to review my options and no one tried to stop me or was pushy to sell before we left.
