My wife and I were looking for a new mattress, we were met by Dina at the Hanley branch who asked if we needed help and put us on the bed analyser to see some suggestions. Following this Dina showed us a few beds and let us lye on few different ones, this was not from the analysis machine as it only gave 1 option, this was from Dina asking us our different needs. she was very knowledgeable and in no way pushy from a sales point of view, she simply listened to us and guided us accordingly with certain recommendations. we finally decided on the Tempur mattress and went ahead with the purchase. Dina was very helpful and we did not feel pressured in any way about the purchase, we were made to feel welcome and offered drinks while the sale was made, we also had a good laugh during the process and felt at all times safe during this Covid 19 situation as the store had taken precautions to protect all in the shop. All round great experience and would recommend to friends due to our visit today.

Helpful service, not at all pushy. Products were clearly laid out in the store and easy to find what we needed.

We arrived at your store on a friends recommendation and were highly delighted . We were greeted at the entrance by Andrew who we found to be most helpful to our requirements after showing us your computerised mattress matcher he showed us various mattresses and we soon found an excellent one ( a Therapur actigel plus response 3200D ) . All throughout he was courteous and understanding of my wifes struggle as she has only been out magor surgery a few days !! He also explained about pillows an your 8 year warranty to us which we also bought. All this and a free coffee , i wouldnt hesitate to recommend yourselves to anyone . Much better than our last experience of buying Beds (Bensons) , needless to say we know where to go in future now
