From the moment we stepped into the store, we were welcomed to the time we walked out with a very satisfying purchase.

The staff who attended to us is very knowledgeable of the products they have in store. We felt really welcome and time was not wasted in searching for a bed as we used the sleepmatch so we only looked at beds that matched our specifications.

We were offered the bed analysis which really helped. Then the store lady was so helpful

We were highly satisfied with the experience because we got greeted as soon as we walked in, we went on the machine to check our comfort and then the assistant told us which mattress’s would of best suited me and my partners back problem and told us the price of everything we liked so the decision was quick and easy.

Really good customer service. No pressure to buy. Understood our needs and budget. Found us the best deal available. Offered water as it was a really hot day.

Andy was on his own when we went first he let us look around then asked if he help Then showed us everything with no pressure We explained that e rep from grosvenors was visiting us the next day and told him we would be back if their quote was a lot higher He said Paul would be there the next day We showed Paul what Andy had quoted and he took us all through the dreams experience again culminating on us buying one of your beds plus pillowslips etc etc We sealed the deal over a cup of coffee Both guys are a great asset to your company

I had no idea what I wanted when I entered the store. I was greeted by the assistant Dina who was very friendly and asked if I’d like to use the sleep match. From here on I was given a list of recommendations based on the data it collected from me laying on the mattress. I was very impressed by this feature. We then went and tried a range of mattresses and I was so happy with the two I chose as I wanted two double beds. Dina was very helpful and even brought me water and a cup of tea which was really nice. I enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend the store to friends.
