Richard was very helpful and obviously know all about the products.he made us feel welcome and wasn’t pushy.

We made an appt online with your Etruria store which was quickly confirmed by email. On entering the store the following day, we were able to use the hand sanitiser and note the NHS tracker Covid smart bar-code. We were met by Jane who after enquiring what we were looking for, set up the sleep machine for us and she explained its use. After the machine had produced its shortlist Jane gave us each a pillow with a paper cover and we went round and tested a couple of different mattresses. We decided upon a Silentknight mattress and were provided with a hot drink whilst Jane went through the order paperwork and established with us, the soonest convenient delivery date. All in all it made the purchase process very easy. Only one point I felt was wrong. I had to ask for a copy of our order summary, the supply of which was not automatic process. It seems that Dreams prefer to rely solely on an email confirmation. My life experience in IT systems has taught me that this reliance can be misplaced.

Awesome service form Richard, it makes a pleasant change when the sales person takes the time and asks appropriate questions to identify your specific needs. I felt that our purchase process was fully supported and Richard could sense when we needed a bit of thinking time alone, however soon returned to provide further assistance. Great job:)
