Polite customer service and not too pushy on specific items

Welcomed from the very start and offered a warm drink. Staff member was attentive but not clingy or over the top. Extras offered but not pressurised.

Richard approached us on entry & explained the additional 20% off offer. He was happy to let us look around alone. We asked about an item that we couldn't find & he explained that they hadn't had one delivered to the showroom but showed us a similar model & an ottoman with the correct pattern. He then talked us through the process of getting fitted for a matress & based on the machines outcome & our choices advised a number of matresses. We went with his 1st advised choice. He then left us alone to talk it through & took our sale, whilst advising everything we could nerd to know. Very pleasant man - a credit to your team.

This is the second purchase, because the purchase prior to this went so well and the staff again were simply fantastic at their jobs, know their products and really really efficient service. Professional, polite, really helpful and give the best advice.

Friendly and good service

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by Vicky, who listened intensely to what we wanted and what we were unsure of, she then directed us to the sleep machine which was amazing! It’s technology is brilliant, not only did it confirm our needs for us it actually applied it to specific products which made the experience so simple. Vicky talked us through each suggestion and waited patiently whilst we lay on each one. After our hard work, we were offered a selection of drinks and continued to make our purchase which was as straightforward as it gets. The whole experience was made simple and eliminated the stress and concerns we had about investing in a quality product and making the right decision. By the end of it we were completely confident and excited about our purchase.

Andrew the assistant spent all the time we needed to enable us to make our choice of beds having answered all our questions. In addition he left us in peace to browse without being over attentive.
