The sale colleague we dealt with in your Stoke-on-Trent store (I did not catch her name, but we visited on 30th December 2020 at around 11am) was utterly exceptional. She listened to our requirements, showed us the technology for recommending a mattress and took us round the showroom with zero pressure. We were offered a drink whilst we sealed the deal and I felt the infection control measures were spot on. I would 100% recommend this store, and particularly this member of staff,5” all of my family and friends.

I have purchased twice previously from Dreams, and it was a no brainier to go back, however I thought the last service and experience I had was good, this was exceptional. Me and my partner Julie visited the store in Early October and So Poke to Andy Nixon from the Stoke branch “ what a top bloke” not only was he very friendly he took time with us to review our situation gather all relevant information and assist us in making another superb purchase from Dreams.He discussed at length the different grades of mattresses, and having a Tempur previously, it was which one would suit our needs best. I preferred medium to firm, my partner Julie firm to very firm. We spent an average of 6 hours in the store over 2 visits, but nothing was too much trouble. Not only did Andy display outstanding knowledge he made us feel at home and so much it was more like a conversation with a friend than a bed purchase. We eventually settled on the Tempur cool touch original luxe and Wells Ottoman king bed. I have sent an email to Melanie Choudryre Andy as if you give the store some recognition and Andy please do. I,ll gladly recommend Dreams and Please use this feedback to show what excellence looks like

Welcomed from the very start and offered a warm drink. Staff member was attentive but not clingy or over the top. Extras offered but not pressurised.

Vicki was very friendly and welcoming. She wasn’t pushy towards us but was very informative and honest about the products. She was very helpful and helped us to choose the right product for us and we were very satisfied with visiting the shop from start to finish.
