Very supportive and understanding of mine and my partners needs, helped massively and had a great understanding of what was to offer, after dogs have ruined our mattress we didn’t want to spend too much and the deal was a great deal definitely right place right time!

The staff in store were amazing. We went in looking for a specific bedframe and Paul showed us straight away, and also showed us alternative suitable options of varying styles/prices without being pushy or using aggressive sales tactics that we have experienced elsewhere. All the staff were incredibly friendly and made our visit comfortable, especially as we had our 11 month old with us. They didn't mind one bit when he wanted to crawl round and explore, and even offered to babysit (jokingly of course)! We had recently experienced some terrible service in relation to buying a bedframe/having problems with it, and Paul and his team were very reassuring and restored our faith in customer service! A credit to the company!

From entering the store to leaving we were helped but not overly by friendly knowledgeable staff.

The lady who dealt with us was brilliant, she was pleasant, knowledgeable, and let us take our time in choosing our bed. She offered us a bottle of water, she was patient whilst we made our decision. A valuable member of the dreams team

There are a lot of shops that could learn alot about customer service from dreams my visit was brilliant the staff were absolutely fantastic couldn’t do enough for you wouldn’t go anywhere else for a bed now

We were greeted promptly on arrival and the colleague asked about any previous experience we had shopping at Dreams and whether we were looking for something specific. When we discussed items we'd viewed online the colleague signposted us to where the items were located in the Store and then allowed us to view them without hovering over us. They were kind and courteous and displayed a good knowledge of the products and were very helpful in arranging delivery to suit our planned completion date for our property and made it clear to us how we could alter the date if we ran into any issues or the house completed early.
