I had looked online for my bed and then I had a few questions so rang up and I found that all my questions was answered n more so I was very happy with my service

After having such an awful experience with another company regarding ordering a bed (it was delivered damaged TWICE, then out of stock), Dreams was quite literally a dream to deal with! The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, we shared a couple of laughs, he just made me feel so much more reassured than the previous company I'd dealt with. My partner and I are very happy with how we have been looked after by everyone at Dreams and we thank you all so very much!
