Friendly, helpful staff who us great options and time to look and think about what we wanted. Gave us great advice and nothing seemed too much trouble. Store was clean and set out well under new guidelines. Our visit was a dream.

It was a nice in store experience, the lady that gave us the information we needed, made sure we understood the different types of beds and mattresses. She was very friendly and made our visit to the store a pleasant one.

My needs to make decision was met with providing an idea for a storage unit... ottoman bed

I booked a appointment due to covid on arrival a gentleman greeted us with a polite manner and the young lady put me on the right path to choosing the right bed for me on the computerized bed then I lay on beds to choose the best for me the lady was very polite and informat I've had a good knowledge of all the beds.Excellent service.well done to the team😊

We were greeted in a very friendly manner by one of your staff whose name was Vicky, she helped us very much during our visit answering all our questions in a very professional manner, when we had made our choice she asked us if we would like a beverage of some sort which was great. All in all she made us feel valued customers and we will will definately be going back to see her again when the need arises
