Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The assistant Dina was fabulous and so pleasant and understanding of our needs. She even politely kept the other assistant Jane away from us as we had felt harassed by Jane the previous day (even tho we'd said on numerous occasions that we wanted to look on our own first, Jane continually harassed us, so we left feeling very stressed). Dina on the other hand gave us space but was there wen we needed her. We managed to get everything we needed at a decent price. Dina is a credit to the Basford store in Stoke-on-Trent.

Very friendly, very helpful, not judged on my budget, put at ease with the initial uncomfortable feeling of trying the mattresses.

The lady who helped me was absolutely fantastic- really knew her stuff but also matched that really closely to what I was looking for to suit my requirements and the budget. She was friendly, listened to my story about moving house and really helped to get my orders organised and ready on suitable dates for my move.
