Andy was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. He managed out expectations and I would recommend Dreams based on the service I received from him.

We were very well looked after in the store using the technology to find the correct bed for us , the assistant who looked after us was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us find the bed to suit us, he offered us refreshments (water), always polite overall a very good experience

Andy Mellor was very knowledgable about the products in store, his explanation of the sleep match process was thorough, an overall respectable and friendly guy.

my wife and i had come to the store to look for a new mattress as ours is well over the 10yr bracket now and we are both experencing bad backs and poor sleep, we had our sleep profiles checked by your in store computor and then we were shown our best options by the store collegue based on the computer results.

The lady handling our purchase was efficient, professional and helpful. She made the whole process very easy and made good suggestions and understood our needs well.

Making the appointment to visit was easy. Richard at the Stoke branch we visited was very attentive and had good product knowledge. We felt safe in store.

The gentleman who served us took the time and cared about our needs/wants. He was very patient with us as I liked mattresses my partner didnt. We went to the Stoke on Trent store and were served by a gent (later told he was training to be manager) - he was excellent. We returned a couple of days later to place the order.

Excellent quality and very friendly service

The employee was extremely knowledgeable and after going to several different bed stores dreams was the only one that took the time to consider what we actually wanted from our mattress and base rather than just agreeing with what we said was good. The sleep master was great and took into consideration my back problems, and the employee dealing with us did not force or pressured us into anything and gave us plenty of time to think about such a large purchase. We were offered drinks and water for the children and even staff that were not dealing with us directly were polite and engaging with the children. Overall I was extremely pleased, this is the first time as a married couple we have purchased a luxury mattress and bed and we are over the moon with our experience. We just wish it could be delivered sooner!

The assistant Dina was fabulous and so pleasant and understanding of our needs. She even politely kept the other assistant Jane away from us as we had felt harassed by Jane the previous day (even tho we'd said on numerous occasions that we wanted to look on our own first, Jane continually harassed us, so we left feeling very stressed). Dina on the other hand gave us space but was there wen we needed her. We managed to get everything we needed at a decent price. Dina is a credit to the Basford store in Stoke-on-Trent.
