We were assisted by Dina She was very welcoming and knowledgable regarding your range She gave us all the information we needed without being pushy We left the store to make a final decision regarding our purchase and purposely went back at the same time the following week hoping to be served by Dina again We were in luck She welcomed us into the store and offered all the help and advice we needed A very pleasant shopping experience We can’t wait until our new bed/ pillows are delivered Very impressed with dreams as a first time customer

The products we wanted to review were available and we were encouraged to test each one and use your test bed facility to make our final decision. The service from your assistant Vicki was first class allowing us time and offering good advice with respect to making our choice. We were offered coffee whilst our order was be processed which was very welcome.

I found the salesman ( Richard ) to be very attentive , knowledgeable and polite in every respect. My needs were assessed and I felt that the advice given was excellent and appropriate .. Overall 10/10

I went into Dreams store to try and purchase a mattress for my bed. I was delighted by the service I was provided. How polite and comfortable made me feel the staff. Me and my family. We were listened to, offered drinks and more important respect. I am attracted about technology and the staff member offered us this virtual bed evaluation of our needs as individuals and as a couple. I felt in another dimension... I love progress... Congratulations, Dreams. I felt like a star client. Thank you very much.

Everything went well offered a drink straight away explained how the test bed worked shown around store by salesperson Richard after being tested on your test bed. Richard explained the beds suggested to us we had a look round at about 8 beds suggested and chose the one we wanted. Everything was fine given date for delivery which was perfect for us.!😁😁👍
