We had sort out the free delivery as we found on the paperwork you had charged us. My wife did buy 3 mattresses. She was ok with our double king but I find it to hard and cannot sleep in at all. abut we as tuck with it and me in the spare room, not good, she feeling bad about it. I just wish we could change it (chargeable) to me with some refund on the return.

Telephone line was bad, placing the order took a long time, the Colleague did not have a headset so was entering the order into the computer with one hand

I felt pressurised by the saleswoman, after saying I would go home and order off the internet she wanted to know why. I have since cancelled my order but cannot get my money back from Dreams

Initially everything was fine. I visited with my disabled father who the purchase was for. We were being helped then the lady went to serve other customers when we had questions to ask. We were waiting around and dad tired and needed to go home. When we went to pay the lady insisted on dad going over to the desk when I already told her I could complete the transaction. When he eventually sat down we were too close to the customers on the next desk-not 2 metres away. There were customers both sides of us and we could not hear to complete the order.. I had to shout my personal details which made me very in comfortable. I then felt we were been pushed into paying to have the old mattress taken away and we didn’t require this. So initially I was ok with the service we received but not the ordering and transaction

I explained to the sales person we have a mattress that needed turning and we found it difficult due to our age (73) and my spinal problems , when we got home we read that the new mattress would need turning weekly for a few months, I phoned the store and spoke to the sales person who we had dealt with, and she agreed that that was correct, and so I felt she had not listened to our needs. but we are returning to the store to choose another mattress, also the toilets were dirty when I said the cleaner needs sacking she agreed, and that the toilets were not very nice.

We were not told to dismantle our old bed and the delivery drivers would not wait while I dismantled the old bed
