Didnt feel highly satisfied as you know when youve got a bargain and didnt really feel that. Happy with my purchase however, and happy with the colleagues sales technique

The clearance stock wasn't properly explained until after purchase however this wasn't a massive issue. Also the length of interest free credit wasn't explained until purchase. This could cause an issue for some people however we were ok. The mattresses needs to be more clearly labelled. I would suggest having some sort of catalogue or chart so that customers can quite easily see the difference in price/ spec to aid which mattress to purchase.

I knew what I wanted but assistant tried to sell me a different more expensive mattress. My aim was to go in, order, pay and leave in shortest time possible, and I didn't need sales talk, even though I guess she was trying to be helpful.
