It was hard to find the mattresses in my price range as the price range of displays were all mixed up so I had to look at every single mattress in the store. Also some of the prices were confusing as to which were for the bed and which the mattress

Techincal issues and length of time take to process forms due to IT issues .

Extremely poor service for delivery. Infomed 4 days prior to delivery that both matress and bed where unavailable. Would be over a month until delivery but different could be 10 days after agreed date. Our move to new place was based around bed delivery, plus lost a days holiday for original delivery date and will need to use another for next delivery.

We wanted a matching side cupboard but one was not available - it doesnt make sense to have a brown fabric bedstead with matching furniture - the cupboard was only available in light grey. Also having to waiting until the end of march for delivery is not good.

No real issues apart from when I placed the order a wrong piece was ordered It was a good job I spotted it an amendment was sent through but obviously meant I was not highly satisfied Just wait to see what's delivered now !

I was satisfied with my experience but there is always room for improvement. Getting time to try out the mattresses was a little difficult as there was only one of each and alot of people wanted to try them out.

The only problem with the store is parking. The Stoke on Trent store is next to a gym and the gym members park in all of the Dreams allocated bays. I had no choice but to park in a disabled bay which I would never normally do. This was a Monday evening which your staff explained was problematic but needs sorting with the gym.

During the progress of answering questions for finance, personal details, bank account details etc, I felt there was very little cofidentiality. as other customers and members of staff were waiting to use the computer terminal. People are standing next to you as you are giving personal information to Dreams staff.
