When I arrived at the store there were lots of signs outside stating that a 1/2 price sale was in progress. Therefore as I was selecting my bed I had it in mind that the price was going to be HALF of the price displayed on the items. When I placed my order I was expecting to pay around £700, I was therefore very shocked when I as told the price was £1300. The assistant did explain the reason which I accepted, I placed the order and paid. However it took me well over a hour to recover from the shock.

The member of staff (Dina) was fantastic and kept checking back with us and apologising for the delay in her being able to process our order however she was the only member of staff in store and she had 2 other sets of customers waiting to place orders who had arrived before us. This meant that we had to wait longer than we had intended, however we were looked after with beverages and checked on at regular intervals and assured that she would be with us as soon as she could.

Jane, was exteremly helpful, we could not fault her, she went out of her way to find us a perfect combinations for our needs.

We were given an estimated delivery time but later received an email extending the date of delivery to more than a month later. Very dissatisfied with this.

I would not say there was a problem with the product, the member of staff who went out of his way to assist my wife and I, I think the only thing that meant I wasn't highly satisfied is down to the 6 week wait for the bed to be delivered. Apart from that, I am happy to say I am highly satisfied with my recent experience at Dreams

The Internet for the public viewing of items on the dreams website while at the store was so slow as to go backwards! However the assistant was very apologetic and used a workstation at a desk instead.

assistant Jane was fantastic and very very helpful. Not highly satisfied because i was not told that we have to pay for the green bag for the team to take away the old mattress and thats on top of the delivery charge.

I was very happy with the colleague who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was not very impressed with the 'upsell' that obviously the lady had been forced to carry out. I went in for a bed only, I did not want a duvet, mattress protector, pillow or insurance. When I said I don't want insurance (A bed for £50 or whatever it was, when my entire house contents only cost £150 a year), she then offered to just cover the mattress for a reduced cost! This is the kind of tactic that Comet used to use with £80 HDMI cables. It really left a sour taste in my mouth. It wasn't the sales lady's fault, she is obviously told to do this, but it is tactics akin to PPI and charges that shouldn't be used.

I felt the staff were slightly too pushy and didn't leave us alone to try the mattresses.
