My wife and I were having difficulty choosing the firmness of our mattress and although I understand choosing a firmness is a personal decision, there was little advice offered in how to choose.

We ought adjustable beds some years ago fitted with Prestige mattresses. Beds have been disappointing and required repair (some by Makers some by family) Both users in late 80s and not active in bed.Wife disabled and needs to sleep flat but with head and feet raised . mattress may be faulty but "memory" creates fixed positions which inhibit comfort . Reluctantly decided to buy new mattress for wife who has to to recline most of day/night Very helpful assistant Vicky but I forgot to ask what mattresses you use on current adjustable so and she didn't comment

Pricey compared to some other retailers. Spent more than i had initially wanted to pay. Would have been nice if we wre given 2 free pillows considering amount spent

The prices were higher than expected although the quality seems to be very high. The service from Vicki, the sales assistant, was extremely good.

We wanted to buy a mattress with our bed but the prices we far too high, ended up buying another mattress from a different shop at a fraction of the price.

The store was extremely busy, so felt a little rushed into making a decision due to other customers waiting. Not really the staffs fault and I'm sure if we returned another day this would not be the case. The staff were trying their best to deal with huge demand

Very very few things in life are "Highly Satisfied " feel this is perfection and not really achievable, may be my standards/ experiences/ expectations are personal to myself.

That the chosen bed should have a completely free space underneath is very important to us and this was clearly explained & stressed to your sales person, Dina. She assured us that the chosen bed did NOT have any centre supports under the slatted base and lifted the mattress on the display bed to prove the point. Having settled on bed and mattress we placed our order and departed the store content with our purchase. However, to our annoyance, when we came to assemble the bed a centre support is clearly an essential part of the kit. This is extremely annoying and we now have to live with it. NOT HAPPY>
