The only complaints I have is that within less than a minute of walking through the door on 2 different days I was asked straight away is there something they could do for us. Which is a good thing but at the same time that's not giving us the time to look at the range and test the mattresses without feeling watched. The only other thing I didn't like was the hard sell for the extras like insurance and the mattress protectors and then the pillows. Other than that I was happy with the rest of the service.

The assistance we received was very good but we felt at times, the answers were a bit abrupt. However the end outcome was excellent as we got the items we wanted for the price we had in mind.

I was charged £39 too much when I placed my order was told I would get this back within 5 days and I an still waiting 11 days on!

The price is still considerably higher than competitors and with stating that you have a 60% sale on, none of the mattresses we require had this deal on them which was a little disappointing.

Because i thought it was a bit expensive, and although we did tell the person who we placed the order with that she had put the wrong telephone number on the computer she did not change it, so someone else ended up receiving texts about our delivery. The people receiving the texts did get in touch with Dreams and told them they were getting these texts, but this could of been avoided if the number had been corrected when we pointed it out, which we mentioned when we were placing the order.
