I was very happy with the service given to me on my visit, the staff were very welcoming and not too pushy in trying to sell the product.

Welcoming has soon has we stepped through the door, shown various mattresses and there design explained along with value for money against other manufactured makes.

the staff were very professional and understanding of our needs. We were offered a range of products and we were able to choice what we regard are the best option for our needs.

We were offered advise throughout the store by numerous members of staff, they were all very helpful and we didn't feel pressured however when it came to us making our final decision we felt a little rushed. It wasn't an issue because we had already decided but if we hadn't we may of felt a little pressured at the end to make a decision. This wouldn't put me off using this store though.

No problems. I was very satisfied.

I give extremely high rating only when the service exceeds my expectations. The service provided meets my expectations hence most of answers were "satisfied"

The only issue for me was the prices seemed quite high.. and any little extra such as delivery on a weekend or taking old mattresses away cost more. Would have thought this would not be the case when spending a fairly substantial amount already.

I have owned one of your beds for the last ten years and these will be the third set of mattresses we have purchased we feel that the price you have to pay for these type of mattresses is quite steep

I rang previously and left my name and number so I could order over the phone. No one rang me back. Assistant said they must of been busy as they didn't answer the phone. What is the point of a answer phone message if no one returns your call.
