Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I felt like the person helping us proceed concise advice and helped us make a perfect choice for us that was at a brilliant price.

When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Richard. We explained we were looking for a a TV bed. He showed us over to the beds we were interested in and explained all of the differences and the key features of each. He also provided a demonstration of the unit including the speakers and TV. When we explained that we were also looking for a bed, Richard offered us to try the sleep match. This was a fantastic help and Richard left us alone to use sleep match. He then showed us around the store showing each of the mattresses which were suited to us - again giving more details around each. Once completed he left us alone to review each at our own pace and said to call him if needed - he was the perfect level of salesman. Great knowledge and support but also not over the top or pushy. Fantastic service and sealed the deal with us.

Vicky who assisted us was fantastic. She made our experience of parting with a considerable amount of money much less worrying. She gave a range of options following our sleep ease experience and listened to our requirements carefully. She was friendly, knowledgeable and everything we like from a sales person! She is a great asset to the Dreams Team- we feel. We're looking forward to receiving our bed and are enjoying the new pillows (which I wouldn't normally buy, but Vicky had us using them whilst trying the bed and we massively saw the difference and benefits for each of our own sleeping positions). Staff were welcoming and helpful, had good knowledge of what mattresses would be suitable for us based on the testing and provided multiple options for us to try out until we found one we liked.

Our visit to dreams in Stoke on Trent was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Jake, Vicki and team couldn't have been more helpful and hospitable. We got exactly what we came in for and then some! After trying out the mattress matching machine (I'm sure it has a better name) we were matched with our mattress and they got us a great deal on it along with two amazing pillows. Mattress arrives tomorrow but our sleep has already improved so much just with the pillows! Can't wait to try it out. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Dina was very knowledgable and took the time to explain all the different options. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and she got the balance absolutely right between being attentive and allowing us to browse on our own

We went to purchase a new mattress. We experienced the bed analysis which was also helpful at helping to narrow down our options. The lady assistant was extremely helpful, explained all the different types of mattresses the analysis test had provided and talked through them all. We didn't feel rushed at all and we eventually chose what we believe is the right mattress for us. We went to Dreams because we have used them several times and have always been very satisfied, in fact the lady assistant served us then last time we went. We are very happy with their service.
