Always room for improvement good sales guy but thought tge overall process was a little programmed.

Would have liked more discount but that's just me!!

Prices were biggest factor. Had to compromise on what we truly wanted because of our budget. Offers specified were a little misleading, not as big discounts as advertisers

More choice of beds instore.

We would have liked a pocket sprung mattress in a 2ft 6in to fit an ordinary not adjustable bed and Dreams doesn't have one.

There was possibly too much choice, but the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable in the products and helped us to make our final decision. We were welcomed to the store and offered refreshment, and then guided through our options for our bed selection.

Very good experience overall but combination of time to wait; discussions around having to be in for full day on delivery - allocated slots being more the norm now for other services; confusing price structures on the beds; whilst staff were attentive the commission based sales environment was obvious and a little off putting when you want time to browse at first and just need to know they’re there when needed
