Satisfied means everything was good and I received the service I expected when spending £2500. To be highly satisfied I would have been looking for a larger discount.

We were very satisfied with the quality of customer service in the store. We were served by Richard who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used this store before several times and always been satisfied. We purchased a mattress, pillows, mattress protector etc from this store on the day of our visit and would have bought the bed from here too, but unfortunately the type of bed we wanted (small double, white, metal framed) was not available so we were unable to purchase. That's the only reason we were not "highly satisfied" as we had to go elsewhere to look for the bed.

Was given incorrect information which meant I had to 're visit the store. Took alot of time out of my day. Was given discount on pillows brought but would of liked more discount

Colleague was very helpful to start with. Our issue was when we tried to get our chosen bed and mattress on your finance plan and was rejected, we then felt pressured by your colleague to make a choice as to what we would do next, we ended up choosing a cheaper bed and paid outright for it but the colleague remarked that we would need to hurry up as there was others waiting to use the terminal.

Item originally called at store to purchase was out of stock. The website description was not clear re memory foam content of different memory foam mattresses.
