Overall great service and quality but it is essential to see and try a bed prior to purchase and one of the models was not carried in store. Store layout a little confusing and felt products could be rearranged to a more enticing display.

It is not easy to state that EVERYTHING was Highly Satisfied in a one off visit and with nothing else to compare it with. It was a good experience and I would go back to Dreams in the future.

There was an IT issue which meant it took a long tome to process our order but the staff in store were very helpful

I walked in an all 5 sales agents watched me, it felt uncomfortable. I also visted benson for beds they had mini walls breaking up the area and giving a feeling of some privacy. Dreams had an open layout where people could watch me walk around, talk to the assistant and try the beds. I didn't feel as relaxed in dreams

I ordered a tempur adjustable bed and mattress and headboard. There were signs in the shop saying £100 off the mattresses and 2 free pillows. I was disgusted when the salesman processed the transaction as it would not allow me my 2 free pillows !!! Apparently it was because I didn't pay vat due to being exempt due to my terminal illness and blue badge. What has annoyed me so much is that this is a government concession and nothing to do with Dreams - it costs you nothing so how can you say because we gave you vat discount you don't qualify ?? I would like a reply to this and will be ringing head office
