After visiting the store to buy a bed,headboard and mattress, we were given a costing including the discount advertised for buying all 3 items together.We were advised that we would have to wait until December for the former 2 items, but that the mattress was available for immediate delivery. We were not told that this voided our discount however. When we returned the following day to place the order, we were advised that we could only have the offer if we had all 3 items delivered on the same day, ie December 2nd, but as we needed a mattress ASAP, this was not do-able. The sales assistant (Vicki) was very apologetic and did try to resolve this matter, but unfortunately was not able to do so and so as a result, we have paid substantially more than originally quoted. Furthermore, I was told that we would have the bed assembled free of charge as compensation, but having just checked my receipt, I notice that this has not been included in the deal. 😞 I am a little disappointed as we have spent over £2400 and it seems a tad dishonest/misleading. That said Vicki was lovely warm and friendly and made the experience of choosing the right bed a very enjoyable experience.

Our visit was fine, feel it was an average visit to find a product and be served. Maybe could of been dealt with directly instead of jumping between us and someone else. And maybe could of been offered a gift or something for spending over so much. We spent just over £2,000 on a TV bed with upgrading to larger TV.

We were satisfied with the service we received from Dina, the time for the bed to be made seem a long time but I suppose it’s to be expected in these times, highly satisfied is sometimes too high an expectation

I think that Dreams could be more competitive with price

Highly satisfied puts you in a place where you are at the top of your game where there is no more potential for improvement when improvement is always a possibility ie the toilet I used didn't have hand towels to dry hands this is an area that must be improved
