Vicki was very attentive, knowledgeable about all products and very helpful. It was a pleasurable experience shopping for a mattress and the sleepmate process was brilliant. As a couple my husband and I have vastly different weight ratios so the analysis was really helpful in selecting the correct mattress. This has been a 6 month search for us checking numerous retailers . The price was a little more than we anticipated before we walked into the shop, being honest, however the quality of the product as a whole, the fact that our mattress is to be made to order, the "made to measure" uniqueness of it, has reassured us that we have made the right decision. We are looking forward to taking delivery of the mattress in early August. We cannot commend Vicki highly enough for her customer service , definately 5 stars Plus!

Dina was a very knowledgeable, polite and friendly member of staff. She understood what we were looking for showed us a range of mattresses that would suit us.

A lady named Dina helped us and did incredibly well assisting my 91 year old mother to buy a bed and mattress suitable for her needs. My mother is deaf and disabled and nothing was too much trouble for her. She moved mattresses round for us and made a big effort to get my mother to understand her. Also she made us a cup of coffee while sorting delivery out etc - a very nice lady and an excellent experience for something I thought would be really stressful!!

The overall experience was easy from start to finish. We were given the option of using the machine to tailor the mattress to our needs and then shown only the mattresses that were for us. After the initial shock of the price of a mattress nowadays, especially one that will, hopefully, give us a decent nights sleep, we ordered one. At no point were we pressured, and we were free to wander at our own pace, but with the full attention of Dina if we needed it. I would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family, and will be back when we decide on a bed base.
