The Store Manager was the member of staff that assisted us. His knowledge was good and he was polite and professional. He gave us a discount which made our purchase even more reasonably priced. Just overallvery ggood service.

Hard to find suitable mattress

WALKED INTO THE STORE SALES ASSISTANT CAME TO ME STRAIGHT AWAY, I EXPLAINED WHAT I WANTED AND SHE SHOWN ME THE OPTIONS, AND EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO TELL ME ABOUT A MATTRESS WHICH THEY HAD IN THE BACK OFF THE STORE WHICH I BELIEVE WAS EX-SHOP DISPLAY AND THIS WAS REDUCED I OBVIOUSLY DID NOT SEE THE MATTRESS BUT SHE EXPLAINED ALL ABOUT IT AND ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD OK. I WAS ALSO LOOKING FOR A NICE HEADBOARD AND THE STORE MANAGER CAME OVER AND HELPED US LOOK FOR A HEADBOARD AND HE FOUND THE PERFECT ONE FOR ME SO I WAS WELL IMPRESSED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ALSO WANTED TO PURCHASE SOME SUPERKING BEDDING & DUVET BUT THEY SEEM TO BE A LITTLE LOW ON STOCK FOR THIS SIZE OFF BED, I DID PURCHASE A FITTED SHEET I WOULD OFF BEEN MORE SATISIFIED IF I COULD OFF BOUGHT EVERYTHING IN ONE GO. THE BED HAS NOW BEEN DELIVERED AND WE ARE OVER THE MOON WITH IT, THIS SUITES MY HUSBAND REALLY WELL HE HAS JUST HAD A LIVER TRANSPLANT 4 WEEKS AGO AND IS SLOWLY RECOVERING AND WITH THE HELP OFF A REALLY COMFY BED HELPS HIS RECOVERY. SO OVERALL ONE VERY HAPPY & SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

The assistant who helped us was very friendly but also very professional. We did not feel rushed but Deena was around when we had any queries and dealt with when we had made a decision. Though we had only gone into the store to look but did make a purchase we did not feel any pressure to buy.
