Store laid out logically- love colour coding. Quality pillow covers and foot 'blankets'. Staff attentive but didn't pounce on us as walked thru door; gave us helpful comparative info without bamboozling us! Gave us space/time to consider all options &try out beds for comfort. Knowledgeable and spoke from experience. Felt no pressure to buy but felt valued as a customer. Husband loved his cup of tea- nice touch😃
