Mattress suitability scanner, knowledge & politeness of staff.

Well informed assistance and many choices. The SleepMatch machine was very helpful and informative, multiple choices that fit our desires and it was even on sale. Great assistance in general and even plenty of options to check what was best. Drinks were offered multiple times and a truly pleasent greeting. Every question was answered perfectly and we even got tempted into buying a really wonderful pillow due to us requiring one and fantastic deal on a 8 year warranty. Andrew was a truly pleasent individual and had many references and experience in his field. We truly appreciate any and all assitance we got during the picking chance, especially with our previous experience at other stores.

Very pleasant and helpful assistant. Richard advised us on what mattresses were recommended for us and showed us around to try them out but he also gave us a little time to try the mattresses out on our own to make our decision on which one to have.

Andrew was really helpful and knowledgeable. He advised us in looking and taking the sleep test to recommend mattresses which we have never had the opportunity before and was really helpful. Andrew then let us try them all was patient with us whilst getting to know us which was pleasant. We also got advice on pillows and how we should be sleeping with posture.

The member of staff who dealt with us was absolutely fantastic! He was ever so busy being the only member of staff in and had about 3 other people in the store and was going between everyone to get everyone sorted. Didn't feel pressurised to buy from him and he built a rapport with myself and husband and 2 kids.
