From the moment my daughter and I stepped into Dreams we were put at ease. We asked for assistance and the assistant was immediately available. He was extremely helpful. We tried out the sleep pod, at his suggestion, this was a great experience. We were shopping for a new mattress for my daughter, the assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. He also made me a lovely cup of coffee whilst my daughter was trying a huge selection of mattresses. My daughter and I found this shopping experience very pleasant and came away with an excellent mattress which is being delivered within the week- she can't wait to try it out- Great! Thank you!

It's was great ...the assistant Jane didn't jump on us as soon as we walked in....we explained our needs ( wife is disabled) she showed us what we wanted exactly... then left us to sample and feel comfy with ourselves looking at each bed....with no pressure what so ever ....even offering drinks....very comfortable visit
