i was highly satisfied because nobody rushed me into buying anything they talked first about my needs showed me what i was looking for ,and left me to try and see what i thought suited me .i was there trying one and then another for while , before i decided on the mattress i wanted .

We received assistance from Jane. Excellent customer service and nothing was too much trouble. My wife explained the sort of bed we were looking for and Jane was able go into detail about the one that would be suitable for us. We will be returning in the future to make another purchase. Jane is a credit to the Dreams team.

The sales assistant understood what we were looking for and was very helpful and had an excellent knowledge of the products he was selling .

They helped us over the phone with the information we needed. We were greeted by friendly staff and he helped pick the mattress out which was very quick. He helped us get it in the car and he took care of my disability needs. Thanks

i was very satisfied with my visit as i was seen to by the same assistant as five years go when i purchased my bed, her name was Jane friendly and helpful in every way and i would come and shop at dreams again and recommend to friends without any hesitation.

FROM THE INITIAL ENTRANCE INTO THE STORE WE WERE GREETED BY DINA WHO GAVE US THE OPTION OF BROWSING BUT AS WE WERE SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR ADJUSTABLE BEDS SHE STAYED WITH US. SHE WAS EXTREEMELY KNOWLEDGABLE OF ALL THE PRODUCTS COURTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND APPEARED GENUINELY CARING. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTION OF PURCHASE AS SHE MADE US FEEL AT EASE AND THAT IS A DEAL MAKER FOR US! SHE IS AN EXCELLENT ADVOCATE FOR THE COMPANY 'DREAMS'.
