Fantastic customer service. Andrew really helped us to decide what bed was right for us, but most important was the price. Andrew gave us a fantastic deal.

Got the bed we wanted in the colour we wanted with headboard and mattress. Won't know if completely satisfied until it all arrives, is installed and we find it comfortable.

Customer service was excellent in all aspects. The sales assistant had an indepth Knowledge of all the different types of mattresses and beds in the store and was able to explain the difference and answer all my questions. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and had a genuine desire to ptovide the necessary assistance without being intrusive.

First time visit, excellent experience, the assistants Name was Jane and she was great. Fab deal and We haven't stopped telling everyone how good it all Was yet. I have already had a text confirming the Delivery date too.

we were approached by Sue who asked if we had shopped at the store before, we said yes and she then went on to explain the info on the cards at the foot of the bed. Not a bit pushy and that was just what we liked... made a good cuppa too. We also explained that the mattress on our bed was purchased at Dreams so she went to find out the exact year, it was only 4 years ago and when I told her it hadn't worn well at all said it a shame the 8 year guarantee wasn't available at the purchase in 2011... a definite ridge in the centre, its not at all comfortable, hence the purchase of the new one... we have also taken out the 8 year guarantee on it...well worth the extra money.

We had various queries regarding the sound aspect of our TV bed and the dreams staff went beyond their remit to demonstrate the bed to us - resulting in the purchase of the upgraded Smart TV.

We entered the store with specific requirements and Andrew, pointed us straight to the perfect bed, mattress and headboard. We were so happy with the first products that Andrew suggested that we bought all 3!! We were so happy with the overall experience, we will be returning when its time to replace our daughters bed!!
