Dreams - Stoke on Trent

We were warmly greeted by Jane in Stoke as soon as we entered and she stayed with us throughout. Her knowledge was wide and nothing was too much trouble. She spent around 2 hours with us. Our whole visit today provided us with an extremely professional and satisfying experience.

The service and information we received from Jane was excellent She was dealing with another customer when we decided to place and order and our order was dealt with by Stuart who I understand is the manager This was also handled in an efficient thorough and friendly manner Could not fault the experience

I already had an idea of the mattress I was looking for. Andrew was most helpful and pointed out the best options available within the price range of my budget. Very happy with the discounted price quoted. Customer service excellent, staff product knowledge very good.

I previously purchased a Tempur matress about 3 years ago. As I suffer with a bad back this was some of the best money I have ever spent. As I now work away during the week living in alternative accommodation I soon noticed the different from sleeping on a conventional matters. I decided to go to dreams to purchase another Tempur Matress, I was greeted by an assistant called Susan, who soon made me feel comfortable as I said the type of matress I wanted, she was able to explain the differences between now and 3 years ago. She was able to show me the different thickness and allowed me time to try all of them out. It was a relaxed atmosphere with no hard sale. I made my choice then proceeded to the desk to make payment and delivery arrangements Well done Susan excellent service thank you!

I had no idea about which bed would be suitable for my 7 year old daughter - all I knew was that I wanted a double bed for her. Andrew was very helpful and did not rush us at all. He included my daughter in the process and was extremely knowledgeable about which mattress would be best for her. My daughter is so excited about her new bed which equals one happy Mummy!
