Sue was fantastic and friendly. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted as we had seen it online but she showed us a variety of similar options and was the reason we didn't just go home and buy online.

The help we received from Andrew was brilliant. Went in not knowing what we really wanted. He helped us to narrow it down and to pick the right product for us

Very friendly member called Dina, made us a cup of tea and helped calm our little one when he was getting fed up

The sales lady Jane listened to my needs and offered what was available within my budget . The service was good and the transatlantic was quick as I was short of time.

I've purchased a mattress from this store before, and my experience then was very good. The range of choice is extensive, and the staff are extremely helpful, not pushy or overbearing. they are also very knowledgable about the products.
