I was able to browse products without a salesperson hovering over me like some kind of money goblin, big plus. When I did require additional information the employee I spoke to was informative and friendly.

Very helpful friendly and happy staff. Gave us time on our own to talk about what we wanted, not pushy in any way. Answered all our questions. No problems.

The store assistant didn't pressure us and gave us time to look around on our own, he gave us a variety of options and didn't try to pressure us towards the more expensive one. He also did his best to get us the best deal for the most suitable item for us.

The assistant Jane was very attentive it not pushy. She helped us when we need it and gave us time to think and consider our options. We had aqueous over the price on the computer and the displayed price. Jane resolved the matter without fuss. We would well recommend the store.

I already knew what product I wanted when I entered the store. However we were immediately offered assistance by Sue who showed her knowledge of the product in question. She also introduced us to the manager Stu who we had been told to speak to in the Stoke branch by a member of staff in another branch (Llandudno). They were both very pleasant and helpful. We were offered advise on a mattress also. We returned the next day and purchased the Berkeley bedroom suite and a mattress. Very pleased with the whole experience and we will return10/10.
