The assistant was pleasant and very knowledgeable, she advised us on available mattresses. She had sold us two beds several years earlier which we were happy with. We were happy to be advised by her again and decided to buy a very comfortable Cloud Delux 27 mattress, cover and pillows.

The Sales Advisor Andrew, came to our aid immediately and was so very knowledgeable about the product and he understood our requirements. He checked and double checked that our choice was right for us. He processed the order quickly, arranged delivery and explained collection. Andrew told us about the one year guarantee, about additional insurance and about the 30 day price promise. If. Was a Mystery Shopper I would score 100%...... And you should know that this sales associate had recently returned from having treatment at the dentist so was not exactly on top form! If you have an internal reward procedure eg., Sales Associate of the month" then I highly recommend he gets a reward.

The sales assistant was very helpful and extremely friendly she knew a lot about the products on sale and was very knowledgable about the products !

Professionalism of staff member who explained the products very clearly and knew exactly when to leave us to browse by ourselves. She gave the right amount of detailed information and clearly knew her subject which helped us understand exactly which mattress was best for us. We felt very confident in her explanations.

Jane was very helpful and knowledgeable withou being over bearing. Order was dealt with quickly and delivery date and time slot suited us well

WHEN I WALKED INTO THE STORE I WAS GIVEN A WARM WELCOME BY DINA , I WAS OFFERED A DRINK ...DINA ASKED ME WHAT ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR AND SHE TOLD ME ALL ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BEDS , SHE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE ITEMS THAT SHE WAS SELLING AND SHE COULD READILY ANSWER ANY QUESTION THAT I HAD . DINA AND HER COLLEAGUE WERE BOTH VERY PRESENTABLE FRIENDLY PEOPLE WHO YOU FELT YOU COULD PUT YOUR TRUST IN . I WOULDN'T HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING DREAMS TO ANYONE .

Dina was very knowledgeable of what she was selling,a very pleasant not in your face lady.
