Excellent customer care from Jane.Helpful and knowledgeable but not intrusive- gave us space and time.Had been to a different bed store the previous week and walked away even though the quality of beds was fine -simply because the assistant was over powering.A shame as removal of our old bed would have been free. Obviously won't know how it feels to sleep on the mattress but feel confident that it's a good choice. Also reassured by the swap policy if it doesn't work out.

The store is very well appointed and we were able to try as many mattresses as we needed before purchasing Dreams own product, not realising it was one of the cheapest! We found it to be tohe most comfortable.

Found the bed we looking for early on the visit to the store ,tried about 10 beds at the price we could afford with assistant help .

My partner rang and enquired about our purchase prior to visiting and spoke to a helpful person who answered all the questions and we were given a contact name, which was helpful when we arrived in-store. The assistant was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted.

Experience fantastic...assistant Jane and manager Jack couldn't do enough for us and let us try everything out. Nothing was too much trouble and a perfect mix of informed but non-pressured selling.

The staff whi attended to us was superb, cannot remember her name

We actually came in the shop to buy bedroom furniture, but on trying the beds out managed to persuade my hubby to have a new mattress, which we have needed for a while. Vicki who helped with our enquiries was very good and allowed us to make our own minds up as she never put us under pressure as some assistants do.

Susan was friendly helpful and gave us enough time and space to make a decision. Just what you want really, no fuss, no drama, no cheesey sales techniques

Everything was as I expected it to be. The shop was well laid out,with plenty of room to move between the beds. As I entered shop I was met by Jane the assistant after explaining what I was looking for she took me to section and made a few sugestions then left me to browse, which is the way I prefere. All in all a pleasant experience.

The number of products on display was very varied and covered a wide price range. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. We were not rushed to make a decision.
