Dreams have such a very large showroom of beds etc to choice from. Very good quality, very good prices. Excellent staff, with a vast amount of knowledge, who know just how to look after customers. Your staff are a credit to you.

When we entered the store we were approached by the sales person who asked if we needed help, when we said we were looking at mattresses he explained the location of the different types and the colour coded system which was helpful. He offered us advice about the mattresses he thought would be beneficial to us as my husband had a spine operation a few years ago. He invited us to try the mattresses and explained the differences between them and also told us about the 40 day exchange policy. His product knowledge was very good and also the fact he had a good understanding of back problems and was able to assist us in our choice, which gave us the confidence to make the purchase that day.

Great service went in looking for something very specific. The customer service was second to none from Andrew who help massively with trying out different mattresses and looking at different frames. Nothing was too much work for him and he made me and my partner feel at ease during the entire process. His honest and friendly attitude made the entire process an absolute pleasure thank you very much Andrew.

Staff were so friendly They new exactly what we wanted in a mattress with what we told them . And pointed us to the right mattress We went home with the mattress the same night Definitely go back again

The Dream Colleague, Jake, showed us the various mattresses available and explained the differences between types of mattress. He then let us try out mattresses and offered my wife a different pillow to use which suited her more. When we had chosen a mattress he offered us a drink, and went through the order process quickly and efficiently, explaining all matters.
