I visited the store on 3 occasions over a month to ensure we were making the correct decision. The sales assistant remembered both us and our needs.

All our questions were answered well. The assistant was very approachable and knowledgable. She made us feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. A very satisfying experience.

The colleagues in store really helped us to decide which bed to go for & which mattress & nothing was too much trouble. We had shopped around online & with your competitors but none were as caring or as attentive as your staff. Your colleagues gave us all the information we needed & were at no time pushy or rude, allowing us to walk away with the information we needed & to come back the next day to place our order, confident we were doing the right thing.

Very satisfied with the range of products in store, albeit I was surprised by the cost of quality mattresses - this fact was not limited to your store but as a general observation when carrying out research for a suitable mattress. The assistance afforded by your Representative (Vicki) was excellent, as was her knowledge of the products throughout your store. Sue couldn't have been more informative, friendly and helpful. She helped us chose the perfect bed for us and explained the benefits of the mattresses with great knowledge and understanding. She was so friendly we felt very at ease with her and couldn't be more happy with our purchase today.
